We would like to introduce you a project of an Apartment complex executed in a beautiful environment of the Terchovská kotlina, Terchová, Vyšné Kamence part, situated in the Malá Fatra National Park. This project focuses on two groups of investors. Those who are interested in an investment and those who would like to relax in one of the most beautiful locality to which Terchová certainly belongs. Our aim is to unite these interests therefore the investors -- persons interested in purchasing a flat are offered a complete operating service which includes renting of flats after being handed over and put the complex into operation.

The Apartment complex will be built next to the access road to Terchová. With its architectonic design it will naturally fit into the environment. We pay attention to build a practical and operation and energy friendly complex for the user.

Execution of the project is designed as a set of low energy buildings with energy consumption up to 50kWh/m2 per year. All flats are designed with respect to energy consumption minimising. On the north side there are entrance areas of flats and sanitary facilities with small windows. Residential areas are oriented to the south and south-west side -- there are big windows which use heat gains from solar radiation. North facade and gable walls are thermally insulated with contact thermal insulation system, south side uses thermal insulation system with aerated facade made from horizontal lining from thermowood. All constructions -- terraces, balconies, built-on galleries, terrace blinds are designed as free-standing due to preventing from heat bridges arising. There are plastic windows designed with double glazing unit K=1,1. All construction details -- detail of open spaces filling embedding, under roof space external wall detail, foundation structures etc. are desigend with respect to thermal loss minimising.

The complex covers 41 apartments, each including storage space and parking lot. The apartments will be equipped with own sanitary facility with shower, WC, wash basin, kitchen unit, individual water heating and heating. Every apartment will have individual water and electric meter.

The flats can be used in any way you like. It is only up to you whether you use the flat for your own needs and relax or you like to have it rented. For the owners of apartments we offer a complete service of renting the apartments to visitors of Vrátna dolina and Malá Fatra. After signing the brokerage contract with our company we shall provide all services related to renting like flats occupancy, reception, handing-over and taking-over the flat, cleaning, bedclothes changing and flats checking. There will be a non-stop reception at the Apartment complex reception where you can get an accomodation or any refreshment in a small coffee-bar which will be a part of the reception.
